Robert R. "Bob" Giannini is a Georgia attorney with a practice focused on traffic and criminal law, to include speeding tickets, DUI, other traffic violations, drug cases and more serious offenses.
Robert Giannini earned his law degree with honors at the Georgia State University's College of Law. He graduated cum laude and received a CALI Award for academic excellence. During law school he apprenticed as chief law clerk under the nationally renowned DUI attorney, William C. "Bubba" Head. In that capacity, Mr. Giannini wrote numerous appellate briefs and petitions to the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Also, he worked extensively on Mr. Head's masterful treatise, The Georgia DUI Trial Practice Manual. (Harrison Publishing).
Mr. Giannini graduated from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a B.B.A. in Management. Mr. Giannini served in the U.S. Army with tours of duty in the 82nd Airborne Division, 1st Armored Division, and the 201st Military Intelligence Brigade. He graduated Top Five from the U.S. Army's demanding Officer Candidate School, on the Commandant's list from the Infantry Officer Basic Course at Fort Benning, Georgia, and the Signal Officer Advanced Course. Additionally, he successfully completed the extremely competitive XVIII Airborne Corps' Jumpmaster Course.
From August 2005 through February 2007 Mr. Giannini served as the defense attorney assigned to the Gwinnett County DUI Court. As a member of the Gwinnett County DUI Court DUI Team, Mr. Giannini’s duties included advocating for the rights of defendants assigned to the DUI Court, advising the Court on appropriate policies, procedures and sanctions, and participating in the evaluation of the progress of the defendants participating in the program. Mr. Giannini was a founding staff member of the Gwinnett County DUI Court in 2005.

C. J. "Jack" Spence is a Georgia attorney with a practice focused on traffic and criminal law, to include speeding tickets, DUI, other traffic violations, drug cases and more serious offenses.
Jack Spence earned his law degree with honors at the Georgia State University College of Law. He graduated Cum Laude and received the CALI Award, as well as the Outer Barrister's Award for outstanding legal academic achievement. During law school Mr. Spence interned with the Solicitor General of Fulton County, where he participated in the prosecution of numerous criminal cases and gained a first-hand understanding of the prosecutorial side of the criminal justice process. While at Georgia State University College of Law, Mr. Spence was a member of the Law Review, where he was Lead Articles Associate Editor and a member of the disciplinary committee. The Georgia State Law Review published Mr. Spence's article, Linkous v. Candler: The Future of Future Interests in Georgia.
Mr. Spence studied at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and received his Bachelor's Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Georgia State University. He graduated with a perfect 4.00 average. Mr. Spence did the course work for his Master's Degree at Georgia State, and taught Latin at the University while in Law School.
Mr. Spence has extensive and wide-ranging litigation experience that has encompassed almost every aspect of criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Spence presently limits his practice to Criminal, DUI, and Traffic defense.
